Residents are required to pay: one time application fee ($60 per applicant), on time administration fee ($200 per unit), one time security deposit ($500 refundable), and monthly pest control ($2 per unit). Utilities included in base rent: none. Utilities not included in base rent:  trash (varies based on usage), electric (varies based on usage), water (varies based on usage) and other utility related fees ($15 new account fee, $4.65 per unit monthly utility admin fee, and $15 final account fee).
